what is happening now in Europe will happen in India in the near future part 3
When we see that 10% of the richest in the western world possess half of their natural and man made wealth, that kind of imbalance in a society like our's will be make millions go jobless and i let you imagine the consequences of such a situation.
We need to vote laws to limit the accumulation of wealth by limiting the machines that produce in minutes what milions of human hands can take to make in months ;our objective is to stop those machines stealing the jobs of those millions of humans not to curb mechanisation in an extreme manner. Let us adapt it's size so it allows the reasonable ratio machine /man as 1 machine's work = 10 men's manual work per day not one machine's work = 1000 men"s manual work per day. Greed should no more be the guide to plan our productivity but rational understanding of the demographic factor should be taken in to account in our industrial planning.
Law should state that if someone opens, say, a soap indstry than he should only produce a certain number of soaps per day so that that allows similar small scale industries floursh without stifling to death small and unmechanised local producers.
Law should also limit the capacity of production of machines that are produced by machine tool industries.
Automatically , all leather factories on the banks of the sacred river Ganges polluting non stop with their toxic waste if their production capacity becomes illegal then they should be made to close or asked to reduce their size. MNC polluters too will have to quit INDIA if this law is implemented. Believe me, no body will cry if they have to quit; Quality of work should be our priority not just money We know how to fill the vacuum they will create.
Agriculture should lead India and youths should be encouraged to study agriculure; People like MRS VANDANA SHIVA ,an eminent scientist , who opposes plunder of our seed agricultural traditional knowledge should be a permanent advisor to PM in agricultural sector.
Visualise that kind of world where every school's program is fine tuned to favour small entrepreneurshp and small scale industry ownershp. Bank managers should take courses in schools and colleges on how to acces capital and Machine tool industry technicians shoud expain how to create india-specific machines. Just blind learning for the sake of learning should be replaced by what kind of society we want and how to achieve it. If our aim is to promote mass entrepreneurship then we should teach to our kids how to acheive it practcally not only theoretically .
Our kids will cease to become zombie sosies of supercomputers crunching millions of data per second and loosing their humanness and soul . See the weight of the bag they carry so that a MNC can one day exploit their talent to tak offf India's wealth to their nation. That kind of mechanic functionning may even affect good, healthy normal biological life .
So, we should aim at reinventing and reshaping a new India-specific society with dharmic priciples as our social and work ethics. Human beings will no more run after TIME but will take time to live a balanced life sharing time equally between family and work.
One important reason why i advocate small and medium inustry and village workshops is because when you have huge capital you can influence government policies by corrupting political leaders while small industry owners will not be able to do that. Politicians will have only one master to whom to answer : people.
