urbanisation needs more planning using " TOWN PLANNING MAP " where we should delimit areas according to their fianalities with rigour and sensitivity

In FRANCE, it seems that buildings can be built up to 4 storeys only and green party has made fierce and awesome inroads in the general political scene there. People should seriously promote green parties and nurturing them as plants and letting them grow as trees , that way we can have solid parties who will care of ecology which becomes urgent need of the hour .
IN FRANCE every MAYOR should vote among the municipal assembly PLAN D'URBANISME WHERE they clearly vote for their town's map with places to preserve...that is a plan that after intense debate , they define where in the plan industries can be allowed without disturbing residential areas.

HERE in INDIA, I was shocked to see BARS and TOURIST AGENCY WITH A CARAVAN OF 10 CARS OCCUPYING A RESIDENTIAL AREA's street and just before my house, they put their vans obstructing my view on the street and profoundly disturbing my peace of mind..How can we be proud of INDIA when even basic needs are not fulfilled by these con men ?  Delimiting areas as per their finality is the basic thing in the PLAN d'urbanisme and we should be inspired what is happening in FRANCE

I am afraid that even activism is a superficial remedy ..only reorganizing areas according to environmental data to preserve the ecological balance is needed ...that can be done by pressurizing the government through going before micros and television cameras contacting newspapers and passing advertisement or protesting in public to attract public .. only then the local municipal body will vote resolutions against erecting buildings or houses in eco-sensitive zones and stop companies to exploit natural resources completely in and around a given city, say, BANGALORE.

Municipal body in charge of town planning  should keep in mind people's demands when they define zones where to build and where not to build ; where to allow green cover; where to dig and enlarge existing water bodies to stop exhaustion of humidity in the air and under ground;

They should measure by electronic instruments and put on board at road corners  the air and water pollution levels.

They should  make government speed up pending projects or  launch creation of recycling plants to prevent land pollution that permeates through ground and attains underground water and then comes to the tap as polluted water even after all their chemical treatment to purify...they still have traces.

 In FRANCE pollution index are updated and they are put live on big electronic bill boards in important areas where public are informed ..this way democratic control of people over their "servants" is effective .
People and activists should inform themselves about the document which is the base to divide and define zones as cultivable, where one can construct, where risk of inundation exists , which area is prone to natural catastrophe, which forest area should be preserved and which residential area should be allowed for people settlements and what is the  population density per sq km to maintain etc.

In france Municipality vote this document called,"Plan d'urbanisme" et "Le projet d'aménagement et de développement durable (PADD" the former is to execute the local decisions by the municipal council and the latter is to execute the decisions after an international treaty on "climate change due to warming" or to keep in mind the criteria of sustainable development that they call " développement durable".

WE CAN SET UP A BRAINSTORMING GROUP  COMPOSED OF PEOPLE LIVING IN FLATS, LAWYER ETC   to bring awareness ...NRI s can also be consulted via skype by creating a forum inviting ideas from them on net via teleconference , that may be possible...we need IDEAS and WILL TO CHANGE lest places like CHENNAI OR BANGALORE may see permanent fog of smoke "SMOG" .
