DELETE MINUS WITH PLUS FEELING
WHat is the opposite of the feeling of frustration which is the cause and it's effect that is jealously ? The feeling of deep satisfaction out of gratitude of being here and now as a human being is the other end of the above negative feeling. whenever you have a frustration-type feeling , you have to invoke gratitude which is the plus that will delete the minus feeling. What is the opposite of the feeling of "egoisitc and serious" attitude you may want to put on so that people may "respect" and kneel down before your grandeur ? It is the attitude every true Guru has in his inner space: humbleness and simplicity. Whenever desire pops up to prove to others that you are superior and great and you are a hero , then cancel that feeling with deep simplicity and humbleness out of wisdom and education you get from vedas. If pride is the fire then humbleness is the water to extinguish that fire. Whenever the cousin feeling of ego "craving for attention from others and wanting always the "ok from others" surfaces on your mind , you should delete that feeling by "love for no reason" and "selfless service" to others. Yes, giving your love on the basis of calculation of gain in exchange of your love should be replaced by selfless love. Whenever anger wants to make you feel you exist in your "body" identity more than in you "soul" identity, than you should just thrust more energy to get yourself far and distant from that feeling and become a spectator to your own anger so that you can make it a subject of study and scrutiny that will take you away from the "body" identity . This is the eternal and universal law : if a feeling reinforces your identity of "body" than it should be discarded and replaced by the feeling that you are the silent spectator , the golden bird that contemplates the ordinary bird that never stops to jump form branch to branch in search of a "illusory" fruit. So, when ever you are confronted with a negative feeling , you search for the opposite positve one and delete the former with the latter. ; ; You can also dissolve poweless feeling by going back to their root when they got fixed and moulded as a pattern ( automatic response for future similar incidents). Something from a past incident can not serve as a constant guide to future circumstances; You can also just unclutch (a term coined by Swami Nithyananda ) from the past incident that may cause powerless feelings by focussing your attention on them as a "spectator" sees a specatcle so that no energy from you makes that negative feeling alive. This process is called "completion" and demands a serious study of satsangs of Swami Nithyananda about completion available on you tube.
