qualitites of pure conciousness that we should imbibe
Qualities of pure conciousness should inspire us all so that we can live according to the hidden laws that are behind the functionning of the cosmos.
Here are the list of qualities of ATMAN : SILENCE - EQUANIMITY- QUALITY OF BEING EQUAL IN DUAL AFFLICTIONS THAT WE WE ENCOUNTER IN OUR LIFE (like joy / depression, anger/ absence of anger , lust / absence of lust, ). But , the inate laws of cosmos are beyond duality but whenever some one is not like cosmos and acts with discrimination , than the dharmic law "whatever you sow , so will you reap" will enter in to play.
I will elaborate on the idea of overcoming the dual sensations and afflictions as follows :
Source of good and bad is a perception of our ego. There is no good nor bad. Pure conciousness is beyond those perceptions. we should treat alike all people leaving the bad or good people harvest their karma according to their actions they have sown.
The cosmos which has sprang in to existence from the source of pure conciousness is not a new addition but the reflection of the source that one may call "space of pure conciousness" with all it's attributes.
There is no hatred nor excessive infatuation but love for all human beings without discrimination.
There is no feeling of self-pity nor a superiority complex.
There is not pride nor shame but compassion towards all beings.
There is no division , only cohesion and unity.
There is a sense of vastness and at tthe same time existing inside every atom.
There is a sense of creation and leela with a bliss to project on a screen a maya-based world to take it back causing nil in loss and nil in gain. World is just a projection on a screen where the source is doubling it's presence withoiut adding anything new. Let us say the source is "A" and the world which comes out of it as "B" than we have A + B = A. always A .
There is no new element added by the creation of the universe. Imagine every drop of water containing all that is necessary to make an ocean, that is atom drops containing the universe in essence in each one of them !
