what is happening in France ?

Because of concentration of big cmpanies that mastered the technique to attain growth  by eliminating small and medium competitors, we have few industrial players employing  people working in urban areas ...BECUASE of this what is happening say in areas around "parc du Pilat" , a natural scenic place with rural areas full of jobless workers but having a beautiful scenery to live in...?  when all well-educated people quit those rural places , what happens in those rural places ?
Those rural places are full of retired and jobless people except some who work in agriculture, groceries, bakeries or bistrots (restaurants). No youth presence...
But, because in FRANCE, agriculture is mechanised in an intensive and extensive way, there are not many who are employed in agriculture whereas entre villages in India are inhabited by farmers.
There, rural areas face emptiness of activity and its' consequences.
With increased sales in tractors and mechaisation of harvesting , Inidia  will face similar situaion...  to be continued
