Just a few thoughts on what the new govt must strategize:
1) USA:
Obama/Kerry are not to be trusted. They have lost big and now have tail between legs inviting Modi to visit USA. Modi must not seem too eager to accept. He must NOT visit USA before visiting other important countries first, as is will send a subtle message. Obama will bow low when he sees Modi operating from strength and developing friendship with many other countries....
USA badly needs India for military stability after troops withdraw from Afghan. Use this leverage wisely. A strategic card India holds.
US big business can be turned into allies to lobby for India in Washington.
The Jewish lobby is powerful and a great supporter of Modi. I had many meetings with them before leaving for India. They can be used to further Modi's policies.

someone like Dr. Swamy should prosecute the old mafia. Done let them run away like Prithviraj let Ghouri escape after defeating him.
Compile blacklists of these anti-Hindu forces and squeeze funding, do not let them sneak into the new establishment.
Repeal all anti-Hindus laws and policies - there are many such things.
Empower the Hindu institutions, gurus, festivals, sanskrit, symbols, etc.
Stop the persecution of Hindu gurus especially the media slander.
3) Use the massive majority to amend the constitution strategically. This super majority is very rare. Examples:
Repeal Art 360
Make Uniform Civil Code the law
Create Presidential System to bring stability and stop fragmentation in the future.
End all divisive affirmative actions and replace with individual level help to the needy, not based on group identity of any kind. True meritocracy
