comparing yourself to others is the source of all problems

whenever human mind compares itself with others, it becomes easy prey to the predators "jealousy" and "frustration". Whenever you want to compare yourself with your neighbour, your are setting a wrong scale to measure joy and bliss. China's development that has copied on what happened in the West is nothing but wanting to do what others did. This tendency can only empty the undergorund mineral ressources of their own country but also the country from where they import them to fuel their "development". As Small is beautiful in construction, so also Minimum in material consumption is wonderful. WHO needs enormous food to overload one's stomach because some creator of "ideal food' sells them to you ? Ideal food for MAGGI need not be your "ideal food". Don't hope to eat a meal prepared with fresh vegetables and meat in most of the french restaurants because nowadays these star restaurants serve "ready-made" frozen meals from spermarkets catering only to restaurant chefs and owners and you and me can not enter this supermarket which does not want the public to know how these restaurants function. So, people shoud stop the industrialists opening exclusive supermarkets for the hotel profession people. The "haute cuisine" fran�aise is just a cholestrol-full food with butter, cheese, milk and wheat flour as base and meat as "plat principal" and nothing else because they only know that . We can't blame them for that but they know how to make it shine as "ideal food " to sell tham to you. In France, most of the time their landscapes are covered only by one culture: "grapeyards"; Even their beggars go with wine bottles in the underground railway stations and urinate in public without people turning their head because they rush in a mechanic way by mechanic escalators to reach their urban working cities. They have no time to see even if someone is killed in an accident. There, once we used to have thosuands of farms and dairies; Now, very few possess all of them. From many people, agriculture has now fallen to the feet of very few individuals. Result : the days of dairy man bringing fresh milk to your doorstep is finished and now canned milk is sold so that people may stock them for 6 months. How do they do that ? They boil milk to very high temperature and than bring it to very low temperature. what will remain of milk is anybody's guess. only white water with some vague calcium can withstand this shock of temperature eventhough they say the contrary. Do you want to copy them ? No , nobody wants that but our media seems to forward their way of life as "ideal". God has not given them much fruits and vegetables so they eat what they have "cow,pig, poultry and what they get from each one of them as butter, meat and eggs. Their kings imported vegetables like potatoes from South America and now they have some varieties of vegetables. But, lacking a vegetarian mind-set, they don't have the habbit of eating vegetables as we do. Imagine the country where those Europeans companies come and from where the stuff they sell you first was born; No mangoe can grow there, No coconut can shape their landscape. Sometimes monoculture has made their country poor in bio-diversity. Limited ressources made them to search for "new' tastes and "desire to possess" made them to colonise our country and now they want to return to stay by establishing another ideal "globalisation" they want you to swallow. That pattern of "colonising" has become their unconcious reflex. Thye themselves may not know but their whole culture is tuned to colonise in other "hidden forms" other countries whch have rich bio-diversity or skilled manpower . Las vegas copied Los angeles and each megalapole in the United States copied one another to surpass in ugliness and greed to feed one or few mouthes and starve millions. They used to write that a "healthy" competition is going on between urban towns to be the first to make the highest skyscraper. This contagious plague also contaminated "DUBAI" like middle-east cities and "MALAYSIA " like south asian countries. MUMBAI is a lonely place where people live in insecurity and other Indian cities copy them to become a graveyard of fear and loneliness where human beings become robotic and loose their soul as in the west. In some years, that will culminate in crimes that humanity had never imagined before. Copying others in who is first to damage the earth and destroy the forest by digging out coal or ironwhore should be stopped . Our country can make the best use of solar power. What is the use of copying the US and EUROPE to continue to erect antique coal-based industires or nuclear based units.In Europe and the US, the sky remains most of the time depressive grey and sad to make a sanyasi weap (!) Ther are few exceptions like : CALIFORNIA AND FLORIDA in the US or the "c�te d'azur " in FRANCE. Blue is the colour that they don't know and they associate more with "grey" when they think of "sky". Copying others in who is the first to damage the earth and swindle it's ressources and destroy it's forest by searching for oil or coal or any underground fossil minerals should be controlled and countries tresspassing should pay to a special interantional eco-control court, half of their budget as fines when found guilty. Mediocre and egoistic mind understands only punishment. They never think of general interest nor long term conservation for future genrations, Only, what their mind is filled with is immediate gains and short term plunder. What to do ? Countries and governments also reflect the people who live in their space . Take for example any small town or any village. Some twenty or thirty years back, the illness of comparing oneself to others and buying or wanting to buy what ever our neighbours do, was not a common illness. what happened now ? The traffic had gone rapidly high and people spend hours in traffic jam. No kids seems to come out of their house to play and enjoy evenings. Now, we copy also the real problems that plague western societies like "obesity" or "depression" or "stress" from loss of contact with nature; We are sacrificing our kids in this yagna of "imitation". WHERE is our traditional chettiar-Tamil house as in chettinadu villages with central space open to the skies , more adapted to tropical climate ? Now, concrete jungle spreads it's tentacles . Intelligent people can yet combine traditional techniques by welcoming through windows "vayu" bhagavan and make wind circulate easily inside our concrete houses. There is some hope yet and we should reinvent traditional technqiues combining them with our modern construction materials. Copying with those people has made us to cope with the same pollution that makes them suffer : air, water and food pollution by O.G.M. But, they become more and more strict in their laws to track those who pollute. We should copy that "good" social and mental evolution happening in the United States and Europe. There, "green parties" become unavoidable alies to form governments and "green policies" become mainstream subject and not a superficial idea. In Seattle, a youg man had created a big forest with 120000 dollor aid from the local government and now any body can go and pluck the fruits they find in that forest freely. They call it "plant and share". These are the ideas we should borrow and make India greener and safer in the long run,
