WAITING FOR THOUGHTS DAY 1

I want it to be clear just to inform you that i am inspired by SWAMI NITHYANANDA. But, the experience is mine ! Just , I have clarity thanks to his explications. Now, I want to experiment myself.

I believe in what I feel down inside me and I don't lsiten to gossips and media bashing of Hindu GURUS whenever the JOSHUA PROJECT has difficulty in being implemented ! so, to make a long story short, I don't judge rapidly anybody because of gossips.

I let my intution guide me.

That said, let us come to the subject.

Having began meditaing and having tasted the silence , I have come to this conclusion : when I witness that I have ZERO TPS (thought per second) or eventually one or two succeds in entering , I feel a traquility in me. When you wait for any more thought, they may not come as quickly as they would before starting the session.

This "waiting for thoughts" will cut them off ..and instead of flooding they will come drop by drop.

SO, to mediate you sit and wait for thoughts ! THIS is bizarre but that makes them diappear !

Awareness is a word that suits this "waiting". I f you want , wa can say we are aware so that any incoming thought is detected and the very detection makes them loose weight and energy and they disappear.

So, you now can go on staring at your inner space for thoughts. This "staring inside for eventual intruders" makes them afraid and they will not rush in numbers to your inner house's doorstep.

what is the use of this state where no thoughts or less thoughts prevail ?

THAT helps a lot in giving you rest for the over-heated mind. that's already a big thing and the repercussions on your health is palpable. Another thing, you can have the capcity to analyse things and take better decisions.

That's all for today. Happy to share with you what makes me happy and joyful.
