We can make and let others make in INDIA whatever we want so that this policy can reduce our "imports" and thereby nipping in the bud the "corruption by commission à la manmohan singh" from whom we import and most importantly paving way for tremendous job creations. but please vote appropriate laws as in FRANCE TO ENSURE AIR and WATER PURITY by putting the responsibility on MAYORS who can be sued if they fail in keeping water, air and land clean.
We can always try inspirations and ideas wherever it may come if only they can be a plus point for our countrymen.
Now a new law in FRANCE defines pollution surveillance inside government public buildings such as schools ensuring best quality of air for children. THEY CAN go on through intense industrialisation because their government has fixed a legal framework inside which the industries should function.
