CURBING ROAD ACCIDENTS IN INDIA.

In France, car license is a twelve point system, and for every bad behaviour costs one point and the driver looses his license after that , he has to begin again the whole process.
SECONDLY, a standard format of a 100% ROAD SHOULD BE VOTED IN the parliament and say 15% of each side of the lane should be allotted to pavement and the remaining 70% should go to car, motorcycles etc; what I am telling is anywhere in India a standard format should be implemented and anybody should question the national or the state authority if the road and pavement do not fit that format before the judge.  This should be followed by clearing all pedestrian pavements from shop encroachers so that people can really use pavements and don't descend on streets causing accidents.
Thirdly, computerization SHOULD ALLOW POLICE TO type in a small portable computer details of those who are caught in a radar camera flash red-handed in breaching the high way code and people should pay directly to a national authority not to the policeman only by computer to prevent bribes. This is how things are done in France and the accidents have drastically fallen and in a year we have less than 10000 accidents for a 70 crore population.
