can we stop this ?

Have we done simulation on super computers to project when will be the end of farmers in India and when will all farmers quit villages to immigrate to urban areas and when will all arable lands be converted in to concrete buildings and roads at the present rate of mining, industrial expansion,  deforestation and sales of arable lands by miserable farmers to real-estate barons ?? Will it take 50 years ? 100 years ? or less than 30 years ?  Will the government take in to account that any development for economic progress should not crush the interest of those who produce what we eat and better reverse this dangerous trend  by equipping villages with sufficient amenities and high prices for their produce  so that farmers do not opt for joining the urban flow ? Will the government take care of our farmers' interest FIRST and foremost above that of industrial or mineral resource pumping industries  ? When will the daydreaming of somehow someone will save us will be replaced by conscious appropriating of the stark reality that awaits us in the future if nothing is done ?? So, we should encourage agriculture by innovative and imaginative ways so that the peasant exodus from village to towns is stopped; We know that MODI is farmer friendly in his approach of development and we hope that  green and agricultural land cover will increase and never decrease that  a sustainable development will take care of our fragile ecosystem. We would only be delighted if those who project catastrophic scenarios of ecological disaster are proved wrong.
